Seguin Recreational Trail: The Seguin Trail is a multi-use Crown Recreational Corridor spanning a distance of approximate 75 k. Entrance to this trail is just a 2 k from the cottage, its great for hiking and a major ATV and snow mobile route;

Health Services: The Township of Seguin is home to a large community hospital (West Parry Sound Health Centre) located in Parry Sound and a community Nursing Station (Ruth Dare Health Clinic) in the Village of Rosseau. Access to Telehealth Ontario is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached;

There is loads of parking at the cabin for several vehicle, boats and trailers. There is a boat launch on the lake and boat parking at the dock (please discuss with owners if bringing a boat for complete details).
