Mr. Narayana is a fatherly person. He would help you navigate through your trip planning. He helped me throughout in multiple occasions. However, the rules are very stringent, the daily in and out time, check out time etc. but it shouldn't be a problem if you are planning a calmly family stay. The place is far from the beach as well as from the temple entrance. The room is in 2nd floor, so if you are travelling with an elderly, reconsider booking this property. To wrap it up, it's a good residential locality, good for staying for just a night maybe. If you are travelling to Puri for a longer trip, booking a beach side resort/hotel is a better option.

Visited in Summer April 1st week. Stay was good as home, as the host always says this is not hotel but a home where elderly ppl run it. so it will be self help for you. all the instructions will be given by the host and they have maids to keep the rooms clean. if you need they have kitchen to cook and Aqua for water. walkable distance to Temple but we always took Auto as it was summer. no food restaurants nearby but you can order food online. Overall good stay for us. no complaints. Host will help you if you feel lost in Tour guidance.

Mr Narayan is a great host. He helps like a guide and discusses like a friend. The stay is easily accessible from Shri Jeganathan Puri temple and nearby beaches.
