Beautifully decorated-furnished, newly remodeled, sunny, quite studio apartment part of a larger house. Separate entrance, privacy. Small kitchenette with many essentials, nice size full bathroom. Close to shops, restaurants, public transportation and Berkeley marina. UC berkeley 10 min drive. Easy street parking. No laundry facility within the unit. No pets, parties or loud music. Quite hours 9 pm -8 am. Berkeley city short term rental registration # ZCSTR2023-1002 Small studio apartment with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, nice shower. Quite and peaceful if you work from home and need good internet connectivity.

Place was clean and well outfitted. Although we didn't use the small kitchen except to make coffee, the place had everything one would need to make food. The shower is large and the room was nice. It worked great for us.
The place is a cozy nook, in a very quiet quirky area! Would recommend for anyone looking for something nearby.
Vin’s place was quiet and in a great location, a perfect spot for our stay in Berkeley!
This tidy efficiency was quiet and comfortable and in such a nice neighborhood. It’s an easy walk through pretty neighborhood streets and close to lots of fun restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay again next time we visit Berkeley.
