The home located in New London is an exquisite property that offers an exceptional living experience in the beautiful Uwharrie Point community. Situated close to the renowned Old North State Clubhouse, this club provides a wonderful opportunity for residents to enjoy the amenities and recreational activities available in the area. After arriving, you are welcome to grab a drink out of the fridge, a glass of wine from the rack, and a snack from the snack basket. (BEDS - 2 Queens, 1Fukk, 3 Rwins The home has a master on the main floor, and 3 additional bedrooms on the second floor. The main floor has one-half bath off the main hallway and a master bath attached to the master bedroom. Upstairs has 1 full bathroom and one jack and jill bathroom with shower and tub. Beautiful views of the surrounding woods and golf course adorn 3 sides of the home. There is a front porch as well as back porch with seating. After you arrive and prep a meal in the fully stocked kitchen, we have tried to provide the best bedding four our customers, hoping the quality of your sleep increases while you are with us. There is parking for at least 5 cars, with more on the street if necessary. There are walk trails and running trails.

Had a great time visiting family. Big enough for everyone to hang out and stay the night.
The house was great. Perfect location for a buddies golf trip at Old North State. Comfortable house with nice amenities. We ran into an issue during check in where it seems the house was double-booked through VRBO as well. This caused some obvious stress for everyone and I'm still not sure how it happened. Ethan was helpful in resolving the issue though and we were eventually able to check in a settle down.
This place is fantastic! It's in a lovely location and a very nice house indeed. We used it for a retreat function and there were 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for sharing. The living space is well lit with wonderful large windows. Two comfortable couches made our planning conversations easy to conduct. The house is equipped with an electronic assistant but we did not use it. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 ovens and a microwave. Lots of pots and pans and baking dishes. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there but the golf club neighborhood looks to b very well kept. The security team was very diligent on checking IDs. It was very safe. Ethan was very responsive to all questions. He provided a very comprehensive guide to the house and the area. Check in was very easy with a key code lock. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.
We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend @ Ethan’s house. Located in a private, gated community on a golf course, the home was welcoming and peaceful. It had everything we needed and we felt right at home. Ethan was a wonderful host. He was very attentive and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!
Knows how to take care of guest. This home gave out 5 star experience at every turn.
