I was skeptical at first but found it very pleasant. I enjoyed meeting a diverse crew of travelers, including a group of trail runners and a guy with a pet pig. Access to full kitchen amenities made it easy to save $ on food. While sleeping was noisy with snorers, ear plugs were provided, as well as privacy curtains on each lower bunk, where I was assigned. I felt safe and comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily. I will definitely stay there again when I'm back in Gunnison.
