Place seemed brand-new throughout. Appliances, furniture, beds, and everything else felt like we were one of the first to use it. Clean throughout and Matt was very responsive during our stay. Strong recommendation if you're looking to stay in the area.
We were a group of 8 who stayed at the house (3 families). We each had our own space with our own washroom. The house is very big and spacious so we didn't feel like we were in each others space. The house is really nice, located in a quite suburb (the pictures do not do it justice). There are lots of grocery stores and shopping malls in the general area. Everything in the house is new and works well. The pool area is large and is well kept and clean. The kitchen is new and spacious with everything you need. The house has all new furniture, linens, bathroom towels and lots of pool towels available. There are four bedrooms that are comfortable with new mattresses. The host Matt, was extremely responsive, polite and helpful and answered all of my questions before, during and after my stay. I love all the little decorative touches throughout the home. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the space feel like home. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!
