This is a private rural bush property of over 4 acres with beautiful views over the Melbourne city skyline and outer suburbs and the valley below. Everyday is a different view, we can be completely covered in fog or sitting above the fog. We can have crystal clear views of the valley below and Melbourne skyline and suburbs which you will never tire of looking at. Beautiful majestic sunsets in summer. Make sure you bring your camera. Main residence is on property also. Please read and agree to the house rules before booking and upon booking you must agree to read the house manual especially on the instructions on how to use the wood fire. Also due to strict fire regulations in this area it is not always possible to have outside fire pit going. Your own totally private area with everything you need to enjoy some relaxing time away. Fully self contained with full equipped kitchen, tea, coffee and other essentials provided. Fresh eggs and bacon in the fridge. Lovely ambiance with a wood fire for the colder days. Other heating and cooling system is available. King size bed with electric blanket for winter, beautifully appointed bathroom with large bath looking out over views. WiFi is available, but we do not offer any streaming services. If the BBQ is required please give the host notice. Pool is available for guests to use on warmer days. Sandra's place was absolutely breath-taking. Such lovely views and a very clean place that felt right at home. We were very thankful for the earlier check in, the later check out and all essentials provided with the place! Sandra was very lovely to deal with, highly recommend and will definitely stay here again :)
Sandra's home is absolutely stunning! The views are to die for and everything is immaculate. There are loads of little extra touches, Sandra has gone above and beyond. Absolutely loved my stay, highly recommend! Will be back for sure.
5 stars can’t be enough It was such a unique experience and adorable place
Absolutely fantastic! There's so much to comment on, I'm just going to have to list the main points: - Amazing attention to detail, - Lovely welcoming touches, - Very friendly communication, - Beautiful place that is both cosy and luxurious - Clear guides for everything - Everything is top quality, from appliances to blankets There was even a little emergency sewing kit in the drawer. I would 100% recommend staying here.

Kinglake Victoria is located as part of the scenic Yarra Valley, we are on the doorstep to some of the best wineries in Victoria.
The area is home to the Kinglake National Park, lovely walks to Mason Falls,
and Wombelano Falls.
Only 20 minutes drive to the famous St Andrews hippy style market held
every Saturday morning with some great foods.
Kinglake has the local pub, lunch and dinner available 7 days a week.
Song Bird Cafe open from Wednesday to Sunday.
Flying Tarts Cafe open 7 days a week
We have a Foodworks supermarket, chemist and post office.
We have our local Kinglake Market which runs fourth Sunday of each month.
You will need your car.
Warm clothes and good footwear for winter.
Lots of walking / bike tracks close to property.
