Joanne thank you for being so friendly and responding to any qoestion in a very short time . Your place is beautiful, so well kept and everything a person/ family could need to relax and enjoy the beautiful view ., 5 stars are not enough _ I give you 6_ I hope to return next summer, thk you .

Great place to stay. We were in the area to work so unfortunately; we did not get to enjoy everything this place had to offer.

Just returned from a two night stay at Joanne ‘s beautiful place. Stayed there with my mom, three teenage daughters and two friends and there was plenty of room for everybody. As soon as we walked inside, the water views were spectacular and could be seen from the entire main living area and kitchen. It was very clean and made us feel right at home. It had everything that we needed and even more. Not a great place to go swimming but the kayaks were a great hit for my teenage daughters and friends. Melmerby beach is a short 20 minute drive away. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Now that I’m back home I miss the beautiful view already.
