The area and house was lovely ..plenty of utensils, pits, pans and dishes, propane for both BBQ and outside fire pit ... plenty of outside patio furniture to sit and enjoy .We had a most enjoyable Thanksgiving with our family

Wonderful cottage. Had everything there that was needed. Host very gracious making sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Would go back.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Dawn was very responsive and kept in contact. We stayed during Hurricane Leo and she was proactive in communicating with us about the storm and offered last minute cancellation due to the storm. Luckily we were able to make the trip and had no issues because of the storm. The house is beautiful and the surroundings were so peaceful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This was our second visit to Graceland Cottage and we had a wonderful summer vacation here. The cottage has all the amenities we needed and is ideally located near the beach. The beautiful well maintained yard was a bonus and offered excellent opportunities for the kids to run and play. Nothing but positive things to say about the property and host. We will be back.

We were in the area for a family wedding so we stayed for two nights. The home was spotless, the wraparound deck kept us dry during the rain the first night and the location turned out to be perfect. My communications with Dawn were prompt, polite and access was very easy. We will return and I would highly recommend this location.
