Spacious 4-bedroom 2-bath house with awesome river views. Perfect for larger groups & offers plenty of space. Walk right out of the back deck down to the water & fish, swim, or just sit & relax & enjoy the views. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have views of the river. The primary bedroom has a patio door leading right out to the deck. Shared dock next door w/ red roof. 15 mins to Rogersville (grocery, dinning & beverage stores, 40 to Florence, 30 mins to Athens. Open kitchen with fantastic views of the river!

Peaceful and quiet. Lots of wildlife - turtles, fish, birds, geese, and a luna moth were all seen. Very clean. Felt safe and happy to be there. Didn't want to leave!
Very well furnished and decorated. Comfortable beds! Sunrises were awsome looking out over the water. Fishing was not great but cought a few. Turkeys gobbling, on other side of river. Will be staying again when we return next year!

Certainly recommend!! Very nice place with a great view and peaceful neighborhood. Host was responsive and helpful.
