Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This garden unit overlooks the pool perfect for watching the kids while relaxing on the balcony. Brand new renovated pools OPEN! This condo unit is located in beautiful Loiza, a small community on the outskirts of San Juan. It is surrounded by a wonderful community, upscale beach condos, and miles of beautiful beach, and it’s just a few minutes away from several local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. Major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food joints are a 5-10 minute drive from the complex. The condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, air conditioners in every room, ceiling fans in the living room, internet access, and a SmartTV with Netflix for your entertainment in the living room and master bedroom. There's no cable in the unit but the internet works perfectly. A big plus is that we have a washer/dryer in the apartment for our guests to use. There is also free WI-FI available in the clubhouse which is just a few steps from the condo. Additionally, there is a large-screen TV in the clubhouse for major sporting events that are much more fun when sharing the experience with an enthusiastic local audience. Guests have access to all of the resort amenities in the condo complex, including several pools (7), water slides, 'river pool', basketball courts, tennis courts, clubhouse, mini golf, volleyball court, soccer yard, and kids swings. Master bedroom: Private bathroom for your ultimate convenience and comfort. King bed. 42” Smart TV. Pool views. 2nd bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with natural light and blackout windows, perfect for sleeping late. 3rd bedroom: Perfect for kids. Twin Bunk beds that will fit 4 guests. Kitchen: L-shaped island with tall stools so families can chat over breakfast. Fully equipped with utensils, plus, an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The ceiling fan is perfect for a nice breeze thought the apartment. Beautiful pool view from the kitchen. We only provide basic toiletries such as toilet paper, towel paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If there’s something extra that you need we encourage you to bring your own. We are very proud of the high standard of security in this condo complex, which makes it one of the top family-friendly places in the area. The entire complex is gated, and all residents/visitors must be identified at the guardhouse to enter. The beach area is gated and locked each evening. The Beach gate is open from 5 am to 9 pm. *** Water fixtures and water slide are available ONLY on weekends*** There are 2 assigned parking spaces per unit- so whether you rent one large van or several couples rent their own cars, you'll always find your own parking space. The unit is located on a FIRST FLOOR. UNIT 401 Right in front of the LAZY RIVER POOL. One of the conveniences we have is that you won't need a key. Once you check in into the unit, we are always available by phone to help with any questions and if there is an issue that needs attention at the condo, we can make arrangements for any maintenance needed. When you leave, you can leave appliances off, so you can go directly to the airport on your way home. There are several supermarkets between the airport and Aquatika, but the most convenient is the 24/7 Walmart Supercenter at the intersection of Rt. 3 and Rt 188 on your way to Aquatika. There is also a mini-mart just outside of the gate at Aquatika and a Pharmacy down the road by the Villas del Mar complex. Walmart Supercenter is a 15-min drive from Aquatika and is open 24/7. Renting your own car is highly recommended. Nonetheless, if you don't rent a car, there is a flat-rate taxi fare from the airport to Loiza of $100-$120 (subject to increase without notice - so check before you get into the taxi). There can be small surcharges for extra luggage or nighttime service from 10 pm - 6 am tolls or more than 5 passengers. If you have any questions, ask the taxi dispatcher who will give you a receipt for the fixed price of the trip before you get into the cab. Tipping is at your discretion but is normally about 10%. Unfortunately Uber rarely works in the island this is why we highly recommend renting a car. Check-in: 4:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed. We will try our best to accommodate your group for early check-in or late check-out if requested. $15 per hour fee will be added to your stay. (Negotiable)
The apartment was perfect for our friendly and pet friendly!! The beds were comfortable the AC units worked really well. The beach is secluded and well kept and the grounds were so clean they cleaned every morning. I will book this place again
Nice condo all necessities available. Close to the Yunque and to shops. Very responsive host. We really enjoyed are time.
