We had an incredible stay at Rob & Shari’s place! They really thought of every detail when it comes to this newly build apartment. It was very clean and high tech! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for some where safe and clean to stay in Smiths Falls. I would definitely stay here again. I really wish we had stayed there longer than a day because it’s that beautiful! We also had the chance to meet Rob & Shari they are lovely people and you can tell how much they care about this outstanding place! Hope to be back soon!

This space did not disappoint! Stylishly designed and impeccable in taste. Comfortable environment, homey feel, and the details they included are thoughtful and considerate. Rob and Shari were very helpful, accommodating, and even helped with suggestions to local entertainment. This is absolutely our favorite stay so far with Airbnb, and we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Rob and Shari!

Unfortunately I was only able to leave a 5 star review. I feel like 10 stars would be more appropriate. From the check in to the check out Rob and Shari have been amazing hosts. They welcomed us with a bbq’d dinner that was hosted in their unit. Shari knew we were from NL so she went out of her way to have comfort food ready for us and even went as far as putting an ode to Newfoundland in the she shed. The unit has every little thing you could think of and so much more. The unit is modern and tastefully designed. Even though it was only a short 3 week visit we looked forward to hanging out with them and conversing. If you are in the area and you want quiet an cozy this is the place to stay! Rob even took me out in kayak one evening to show me around and we caught a beautiful sunset. Please consider this place for any of your smiths falls stays and you will enjoy the excellent east coast hospitality! Thanks Rob & Shari for everything and appreciate everything you done for us!

We had a wonderful stay at Rob and Shari’s loft. It was beautifully decorated. Very clean. And the kitchen was very well equipped. Rob and Shari are the perfect hosts. Such friendly kind people always looking to help you out in anyway they can!

Rob and Shari were excellent hosts from start to finish. Very accommodating, super friendly and helpful! Their loft is beautiful and includes state-of-the-art elements with hidden features to discover and extras that will make your stay quite special. It includes everything you need and more. Bed was ultra comfortable. There were so many thoughtful complementary items and everything needed to make us feel like choice guests. If ever we are back in the area we would not hesitate to stay at this loft again! Thank you Rob and Shari!
