Jane’s place was a great base to explore Wells. Jane was very friendly and a great communicator. We would recommend staying at Jane’s.

We had a lovely stay here - such a fantastic location and a really well equipped cottage. Little bedroom was perfect for our 3 year old, and he loved the Lego that was there! Really nice touches like welcome biscuits and a chocolate bunny too. Amazingly close the quay, shops and restaurants and easy to park in the car park behind. Jane recommended some local places to eat and lots of things to do - we managed the crab house (fantastic) and the bowling green inn for a Sunday roast (also great). Would 100% recommend and we would happily book again.

We had a lovely few days at Grey Goose Cottage. Great location for walking out to amenities and beach. Jane was helpful with easy and clear instructions. Would return.

Had a lovely long weekend staying at Jane's Grey Goose Cottage, and could not have wished for a better place to stay. Situated jusy off the Harbour, it's both secluded and perfect for being close to everything going on. Cottage was cosy, clean, and had everything you needed amenity wise. I booked last minute, but Jane provided every detail I needed and checked throughouy stay that things were okay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay on Wells-next-the-Sea.
