Weir's Beach is a long time family favorite and only 1/4 mile away from the condo. There you'll find the beach (of course) as well as the boardwalk, arcades, restaurant, the scenic railway station and the drive-in movie theater. Summer favorites, such as go karts, batting cages, rock climbing and mini golf are also nearby. The property is in the middle of the gorgeous Lakes Region of New Hampshire with its abundant opportunities to hike, bike, golf, boat and paddle. There are nearby antique shops and outlet malls. There are restaurants featuring cuisines from every nationality as well as locally sourced ingredients. Winter fun abounds at nearby Gunstock Mountain Resort...skiing, snowboarding and tubing! Visit the nearby Ice Castles or watch the airplanes land on the frozen lake in Alton Bay! Or-take advantage of nearby ice skating or sledding down the hill in front of our condos! (BYOSled)

The condo is a short walk from Weirs Beach but it is up hill and can be quite strenuous, depending on your fitness level. On the other hand there is a lovely old fashioned ice cream parlor at the mid-way point of the walk so there is a nice place to stop and catch your breath! Similarly there are a few restaurants within this walking distance. There is plenty of off street parking located adjacent to the condo. Boat trailer parking is also permitted and is free of charge as well.
