Close to the High Street with Italian, Mediterranean and Asian restaurants including a stylish Cocktail Bar, and shops. Within 2 miles of the A1 M1 motorway. Free parking at the main Garforth train Station, which is on the main Leeds York Line. Close to Leeds City Centre, M62, Wakefield, Castleford and Escape. The lounge overlooks the rear garden, with French doors leading to the patio area. The lounge has 2 three seating settees, a dining table seating 4, a work space, 45inch smart Tv. The kitchen comprises of a single oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and fridge with a freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle. A full range of pans and utensils for entertaining including a slow cooker. The master bedroom located on the ground floor, has built in wardrobes with plenty of storage and hanging space and a super king bed with stylish headboard. Bedroom 2 is quite spacious with 3 single beds, built in wardrobes and views over the large rear garden.

Beautifully presented and stylish home. Everything that you need. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Beverley was extremely responsive to last minute changes to our plans. I'd be very happy to stay there again.

We had a great few day. We felt right at home straight away and Beverley was a great host who responded quickly if we needed anything. We ate at the Italian round the corner and it was delicious. Would recommend staying here.
We stayed at Beverley’s beautiful home from home while visiting friends close by. It was immaculately clean and very homely and cosy with little extras such as tea, coffee, milk and biscuits on arrival which were most welcome after a long drive. Great shower with toiletries provided and amazingly comfy super king bed. Beverley was really helpful from the moment we contacted her with questions before booking and made sure everything was ok during our stay. We’d definitely recommend Beverley’s place and will definitely be back. A perfect air b and b host.

At the property there is a good size drive, parking for 4 cars. There’s on street parking available too. There’s a bus service to Leeds and Castleford.
Garforth is on the main Leeds York line. 2 Train stations- the main Garforth station offers free parking.
