Great place. We stayed early spring for skiing at Sunapee. Every room has its own thermostat which was a huge plus when trying to appease two families and 4 kids. Host was responsive and friendly, and check-in/check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. We would stay again.

This was a fantastic vacation home! It is newly updated, and the hosts left the kitchen and bathrooms well stocked (which is always a plus to not have to bring-your-own-absolutely-everything). The place was perfect for our family vacation of four adults and three kids. The hosts are extremely responsive and proactive in making sure you’re all set! The area is fantastic—8 minutes to Sunapee mountain, tons of hiking trails to choose from, easy access to the lake and to nearby restaurants.

Very close to Sunapee, very very clean home with all the amenities, fireplaces, tv’s, blankets, etc. And April was the nicest host, even offering to send my daughters stuffy to our house after we left it there accidentally. Would definitely recommend.

April was a fabulous host and gave clear instructions on accessing and using all of the home’s wonderful features. It was less than an 8 minute drive to Mt. Sunapee for skiing! The house is beautifully renovated but they still keep a lot of the wonderful charm of the 1800’s farmhouse including exposed beams/wood. The 3 bedrooms upstairs are perfect to all be on the same floor. She even left treats for us upon arrival, beverages and basics in the fridge and even toys and games for all ages. We would love to come back and rent this home again!
