5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I wanted to give a 4 but Quang’s personality, hospitality and helpfulness persuaded me to give it a 5. He deserves the “A for effort”. Room is clean, tidy, and cozy and it is perfect for one person. Though the weather in Wichita was hot, it felt cool and just right in the house. The bathroom is kept clean, and tissues are readily available. The shower is one of the best features. It gets hot/cold really fast. So there’s no need to wait or waste water. Wifi is fast. There is laundry basket available and washer and dryer are available! Quang is friendly, responsive, kind and communicative! The other guests in the house are helpful too when Quang is not around. My only one negative experience at this place is that there is no faucet to get water for drinking. But Quang is generous and he gave me a lot of water bottles haha. I highly recommend give this place a visit.
