Luxury apartment located in Venice, on the second floor of the fifteenth-century Pesaro Papafave Palace, accessible by water taxi from its water door or alternatively by water bus with stop at Ca' d'Oro, 250 metres away. You can reach the apartment directly from Marco Polo airport by water bus Alilaguna in half an hour. The apartment overlooks the Misericordia canal, has elegant decor and original antiques. It has been greatly appreciated by guests, who love centuries-old art and all amenities. The 355 smq apartment comes with free WIFI, air conditioning, 2 doube suites, 2 bathrooms with windows, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A suite is furnished in Venetian baroque style with a canopy bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a wardrobe, a sitting area, a flat screen TV with streaming services and a desk with chair. The second suite is furnished with antiques from the eighteenth and nineteenth century and features a crown canopy bed in Napoleonic style, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dresser, two chests of drawers, a sitting area, a flat screen TV with streaming services and a dining area for two persons. The two bathrooms are complete with all bathroom fixtures, shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The living room is furnished with antiques from the seventeenth and nineteenth century and includes a balcony overlooking Misericordia Canal, a dining area with a table that seats eight and two sitting areas. The modern kitchen is equipped wth all appliances: induction hob, (stovetop) oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining table for four persons, all crockery (cooking pans and utensils), espresso machine, kettle, toaster and blender. In the utility room you can find a clothes horse, iron, iron board and cleaning supplies. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided free of charge. Bathroom and kitchen linen for further changes is available inside the apartment at no extra cost. If you wish, after three nights stay, we can change yuor sheets and do midweek cleaning free of charge.

Essendo amanti dell'arte e della storia, per noi essere nella dimora di Nicola era come essere in paradiso. Palazzo Papafava corrisponde perfettamente alle foto pubblicate, forse è anche più bello, in quanto gli spazi offerti sono enormi e l'atmosfera della dimora consente di vivere veramente un'esperienza . Le camere sono più che spaziose, estremamente silenziose e con degli ottimi materassi. La cucina è molto moderna e fornita di qualunque elettrodomestico si possa aver bisogno. I generi alimentari e le bevande offerte sono state molto graditi perchè non siamo dovuti subito uscire a procurarci la colazione del mattino seguente, anche se il supermercato è veramente vicino. Nicola è un host sempre disponibile, solerte e che si prende a cuore gli ospiti, grazie!
The place is very much worth every euro, and there are a few in Venice you can find like that. Amazing view and a good location. The interior is just like on the pictures. There is champagne, water, abundance of towels and anything else one might need, even cleaning free of charge, so it feels like a 5 star hotel. Nicola was very kind, always in touch regarding any questions or problems. Would definitely come back!
Wir haben schon viele Locations gesehen bzw. bewohnt, aber diese Wohnung im Palazzo PesaroPapafava hat alles getoppt! Fantastische, stilechte Einrichtung. Küche, Geschirr, Besteck sehr hohes Niveau, hier konnten wir tafeln wie der venezianische Kaufmann. Die Wohnung, die Einrichtung und das gesamte Accessoire waren perfekt sauber, Tischdecken, Handtücher usw. waren hygienisch einzeln verpackt. So haben wir uns vom ersten Augenblick beeindruckt und sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage mit Blick auf den Kanal und das Umfeld …das ist Venedig. Mitten drin, viele Top-Attraktionen sind zu Fuß erreichbar, die perfekte Mischung zwischen touristischen Zielen und dem authentischen Venedig. Liebe Grüße und großen Dank an Nicola und seine Frau!
it is a very well maintained and clean appartement in an old pallazo. it has all the comforts of a modern home. u can feel like a rich venetian merchant for a couple of days. lots of little nice details in the appartment. everything u need is very close by. communication with the host is also very good and quick. really added something to my stay in venice!
