Tyson was a very friendly and thoughtful host. The house was clean and organized. My guests really enjoyed their stay at his place! I would definitely recommend this place if you come to downtown Detroit.

Tyson may be a newer host to the Airbnb platform, however I consider him to be a seasoned gracious host. By far, he and his home made us feel more welcomed than any place I have traveled. His benevolence towards the community which he has ingratiated himself is evident. With each any every booking he uses the profits towards a new upgrade for the home as well as donating the money to the MUFI; an initiative that he cofounded to rejuvenate vacant lots within the community and providing fresh produce to the neighborhood residents. The century home, restored while preserving all of its charming characteristics, sits on triple lot on a quiet street. Entering through the front door, the high end and modern design selections harmoniously coexist with the original architectural integrity are stunning. The afternoon sunlight filters through the countless windows. The beds, pillows & linens are dreamy. It is fully stocked w/ snacks, toiletries & amazing coffee bar. The experience priceless

Tyson was very welcoming and warm. He gave us a great tour and recommendations for fun activities around the home. The home was stunning and had everything we needed plus more! This is a well kept home. Great value for our money. I would recommend this to anyone!

Tyson’s place was a great spot for my family and dog. Grateful we had a nice spacious house to gather family after a memorial. He provided tons of supplies (coffee pods, mini tooth paste, mouth wash etc) house felt fully stocked. Easy to get to off the highway and less then ten minutes to downtown happening area.
