We call it The Backyard House because you're in the backyard of one of our other houses. The neighbors (including the one in your front yard) are quiet and we're close by if you need anything. It's a small house, perfect for a couple getaway. It's been newly refinished and furnished and is ready to make your stay a comfortable one! We're only 10 minutes from downtown Huntington, WV and Marshall University

Chris's place is super nice. Very comfortable. Very easy to get to. It is full of all your needs for cooking, keeping a clean space, and remaining comfortable throughout your stay.
Very comfortable and convenient
This was our second time staying at Chris’s place. It was pristinely clean and comfortable. We really like the location because it’s close to family and it’s in a neighborhood that’s safe. We travel with a toddler so his home being free of clutter is a huge bonus for us.
