We had stayed in some cozy little spots before, but this place hits different. Nestled comfortably in the mountains of Huntington, WV sits this adorable guest house that is perfect for a night, or a week. Brad came out to meet us when we arrived. Made sure we had an opportunity to ask any questions and offered to assist with our bags. Hands down, one of the nicest hosts we've met and one of the coziest spots we have been able to visit. Would absolutely recommend and will be saving this listing for future travel plans.

The perfect oasis - Brad's place was comfortable, clean, quiet, and well-appointed, I just wish I'd had longer to explore the area and a drier day to walk the grounds. The instructions and photos on how to find the house and access the unit were very helpful, and he made me feel welcome and right at home. Highly recommend.

This was an emergency stay, due to the inclement weather that left my son without a room. All hotels were sold out and we found Brad's place. My son immediately advise of how nice Brad treated him and his friends. That he is was friendly. They loved the place and advise of how nice and clean it was. He was very responsive to my messages. I really appreciate of him allowing my son and friends to stay at their place if not they will have been sleeping in their friends car.
