Welcome to our charming 1 bedroom apartment in the historic Memphis Merchants’ & Cotton Exchange Building, located in the heart of Downtown, next to Court Square Park! Our fully furnished apartment offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and affordability with flexible and affordable weekly and monthly rates. Our prime location puts you in walking distance of the city's top attractions including Beale Street, the Bass Pro Pyramid, and the National Civil Rights Museum. This is an entire apartment in an older historic building that was recently renovated! It’s an affordable & spacious 1BR apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Downtown by Court Square Park. The cozy living space includes a full-sized kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a recently updated full bathroom. You’re within walking distance to FedEx Forum, Renasant Convention Center, Tom Lee Park, Beale Street and most of Downtown’s attractions.

Absolutely loved the place. It was my third time renting and airbnb with this host and my experience was really positive. Already looking forward to coming back!
Location, location, location! The apartment is in an old building within walking distance to Beale Street and the Convention Center. The street parallel to the apartment was a beautiful tree-lined trolly way with shops and restaurants. There is a Walgreens around the corner too, that was very helpful for picking up supplies. The apartment is cute and cozy. The bed provided a heavenly sleep. Other reviews mentioned cockroaches...I never saw a single roach! It does need fresh paint, nothing peeling, but a refresh would do wonders. There also is no closet space to speak of, nor did I have any hangers but Walgreens, around the corner, was a quick answer, Building staff were incredibly friendly. Oh, and the view from the palatial kitchen window displayed a stunning view of the lit up bridge every night.
Very responsive and handled an issue that arose with quick communication. Everything was fine and I would use again.

This was a great choice for us because we were not planning to spend a lot of time in the accomodation as we had so much planned. Apartments are converted in a big old building so not purpose built. The guy on reception very helpful, approx 5 minute walk from Beale Street and found parking easy (used both street parking and recommended car park.) My only gripe was that we had arrived late so we ordered some food but the TV was broken (plug prong too bent to plug in) however we weren't planning to use the TV so didn't raise an issue. Also the sofa isn't very comfortable and the bed is very firm (not my preference.) All in all I would say if you need an affordable, central and clean base this is for you. If you want somewhere cosy to relax maybe not.

- (3) Parking Lot: there is a large parking lot at 157 Court Avenue (click for map), it’s called BestParkTN. It offers hourly and daily parking. The daily cost is $15/day. There’s a machine on-site to pay by license plate. Our prime downtown location makes getting around Memphis a breeze.
