Keurig, mini fridge, Microwave and tea kettle, free coffee and tea Huge windows and light w privacy blinds.. Nicely sized master suite with a king bed, 32 inch LCD TV with Netflix, spacious bathroom with tub, and comfortable ambience. Large windows allowed. Lots of light in the room, small kitchenette, provides an area that heat up, refrigerate and prepare a basic dish

Nate's place is always a great stay. The room, bathroom, and dining area are always clean. I appeciate having a coffee and tea station. it's also nice to have your own bathroom. You will feel at home and not be bothered here. I highly recommend for any stay in Portlnd.

Nate's place was a great deal. The area is friendly and safe. There are public transit options nearby. I was left alone to do my own thing. The host responded quickly when I had questions about something. The room and bathroom were clean. i appreciated the kitchenette area. It was also nice to have my own bathroom with a tub and shower. I would highly recommend for your stay in Portland.

Born in New York and grew up on Long Island. Attended university in upstate New York Somehow I ended up in Costa Rica in 2003, and it’s been a part of my life for the last 20 years. I’m a dad and also work in property management & real estate.
