Our area is full of free admission Tn State Parks, water features, vista views, historical sites, museums, local breweries, coffee house, and eclectic shops.
The home is located10 minutes from downtown Sparta. Travel another 15 minutes to Cookeville, home to Tennessee Tech and restaurant row. 15 minutes in the opposite direction and you'll land in Crossville, home to Buckees and the Cumberland County Playhouse. Each city laced with its own historical tale, alluring charm, Tn State Parks, and unique experiences. You're sure to land on some refreshing adventures in any direction you choose.
But what about necessities, you ask? Don't fret! You will find a basic supply of eggs, bread, butter, fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, etc. If you forgot something for your trip, a Dollar General store is conveniently located just down the end of our road for all your day-to-day needs. (less than 2 minutes away on Hwy 70).

Vehicles are required but there are bike lanes along Hwy 70 that allow for many miles of safe travel. White County has many bike friendly routes of travel.
