Excellent place to stay. Very quiet and relaxing. Everything available in apartment so no need to worry. Lots of little extras. So wonderful and next year when we come back we’ll be staying again for sure!!!

This is by far the most well kept, clean, and cozy Air BnB I have ever stayed in. I will be trying to book here everytime I am in Grand Junction from now on.

I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnbs and this one was the most well stocked kitchen and bathroom that I have ever seen. So many “extras” were provided that clearly host was being thoughtful on what it is like to arrive at a place without an opportunity to get to the grocery and what would make people feel most relaxed. Tom was super responsive to my texts about check-in and possibly extending our stay. This location is super convenient to downtown (where there are great restaurants and I needed to be for work) and a quick drive to CMU campus. An excellent value for the price, too! This is my new go-to booking for Grand Junction!!

I don’t really care for a questions regarding fair price. Yes, the price was fair. And I’m not talking about Tom‘s specifically here, but many of the fees add up to pretty high costs at many Airbnb sites that I’ve been at or considered. And I would like to see a disclaimer on every Airbnb disclosing any and all cameras within the unit. It’s pretty creepy that that’s been a problem with Airbnb. But more to the point, Tom’s place was exceptionally nice and clean and comfortable and welcoming. Tom was concise in his communication about how to get in the unit which I appreciate it very much. And it’s very private, which is really nice. A good deal for a two bedroom unit that more than comfortably would have accommodated for people instead of myself only. Thanks Tom!
