We had a great stay. This an excellent location for exploring Swanage - tucked quietly in a side street yet still very central. The place was spotless on arrival and Elizabeth is a wonderful host.

A lovely place to stay right in the heart of swanage. Very peaceful and free from noise given how close it is to the main high street. Was tastefully decorated and the bed was super comfy. We’re coming back in a few weeks! Liz the host was very responsive to questions and was keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible

The old workshop was easier to find and very clean and inviting. The upstairs kitchen living room is a lovely, light and relaxing space to be in, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms being downstairs work well and are very cosy and comfortable. The property is in the heart of the town, but quiet and private. The location is in the centre of Swanage so we were close to all the restaurants, shops and the beach. Swanage is a friendly and bustling town, with everything you could want and is full of thriving independent businesses. We had a car but you could have set off walking along the coast in every direction and there are lots of transport options. Elizabeth also gave helpful details about longer term parking which was a near by. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Liz's apartment is charmingly and artfully decorated with ceramics. We enjoyed the convenience of living so near the beach and railway station but not directly in front of it. It is well-kept and cosy and our two young daughters immediately felt at home in it. Liz was communicative and helpful with information about the area before our trip.
