Room hada terrible smell as soon as you walked in. The beds were not clean, definitely someone else's body hair on the sheets/blankets. Walls are so thin we heard conversations and activities of guests we shared one with. After checkout I checked my bank account and saw I was charged on my debit card for the room even though it was a paid reservation. When called to ask what it was for, I was told that the agent couldn't see any charge and a manager would have to call me on Monday(it was Sunday afternoon). I asked that they reach out as no charges were discussed at check out, no bill was provided and if there were to be any charges they should have converted the $200 hold into the charge not place an additional. I know that this is a hotel and not a traditional AirBnB situation but such a disappointment and bad experience.
Easy check in-pleasant front desk help
Wouldn't recommend this listing unfortunately. But it's a hotel so they'll be fine either way. Some discrepancy in charges. Ended up paying almost $150 more than if I booked directly with the hotel. Couldn't get an answer why. Otherwise it's a basic hotel and not a home. Needing some maintenance/TLC - peeling toilet seats, broken dispensers, dark stains (mold?) in shower. Staff was fine and beds were comfy. Pool was closed. Off-season so not much to do.
IT WAS A VERY SHIRT STAY JUST ONE NIGHT BUT MY FAMILY AND I WERE VERY COMFORTABLE, THE AREA WAS VERY CLOSED TO LOCAL STORES FOR WHERE WE WANTED TO GO, WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.
