Pros: 1) Great location. One block from bike trail that goes in multiple directions. Near restaurants. 2) Fenced back yard. 3) Kitchen, dining room and living room have an open floor plan. Cons: 1) Description says 2 bathrooms- which we needed. Second bathroom is a toilet room in the basement laundry room with a shower in a separate part of the laundry room (privacy issues). No amenities including a mirror. Messaged host who said a mirror would be brought over which never occurred. We were there for almost a month so we got our own mirror. 2) Bedrooms are small with almost no amenities. One room had a dresser but the dresser drawers did not all work. 3) Host was prickly.

My only complaint is that the cleanliness wasn't quite up to par which resulted in the host requesting that we pay an additional $75 for finding pet hair after our checkout - she requested the additional payment through Airbnb for a pet fee, however we did not have pets with us, nor do we even own a pet. Otherwise, our stay was okay host was responsive with our questions and allowed us an extra hour to checkout so that we could accommodate a different Airbnb. check in time.
