I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, all of the reviews saying how amazing this place is are not lying. Doug’s place has been unmatched by any Airbnb I have stayed at thus far. The property itself is beautiful, private, and well maintained. The cabin is not done justice by the photos, it is spotless and a seamless combination of modern comfort with antique decor to match the history of the cabin. Doug has anticipated everything you might need and goes above and beyond: fresh flowers decorating the rooms, a fully stocked coffee bar, a complimentary bottle of wine with which we were greeted. The master bathroom shower is incredible, it has dual rain shower heads and a steam option. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is. It truly felt like a privilege staying here, we will certainly be back!

We had an amazing stay at The Settle. The house was amazing and had lots of above-and-beyond little touches throughout. Doug was an fantastic host. He is very knowledgeable about the area and it's history. He was also very responsive to any questions we had.

This place was WAAAAAAAAY more than I expected!! My family (including our dogs) really enjoyed staying here!! This is more than a cabin, it was an experience! You can really tell how much the host care about the cabin with all the effort you can see that they put into every nook and cranny of this place! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend staying here
