SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: One King size bedroom with it's own private bathroom with stand up shower as well as a walk in closet and private office. One Queen size bedroom. One Bunk bedroom with a twin on top, full on bottom and a pull out twin trundle as well as a kids sofa that could be turned into a small bed. One pull out Queen size sofa bed in the living room. We have a pack n play on site, parents are responsible for any bedding, cleaning of it as well as setting it up and putting it back in the garage after use. We offer high end hotel pillows as well as memory foam mattresses. We spared no expense in making sure you will get a great night sleep after a long day exploring the area! KITCHEN: The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with BRAND NEW stainless steel appliances you'll have everything you need to prepare your meals. New cookware, bakeware, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, drip coffee maker as well as single serve pod option. OUTDOOR SPACE: The best part of coming to Florida is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so that you can do just that. In the fully fenced in backyard there is a stepping stone path, a screened in lanai surrounding a large in ground pool with lounge chairs, beautiful outdoor dining set, and comfy sofa seating area all within the screened in lanai. There is a grill on the side of the house that is provided as a bonus but it is not cleaned by the cleaners. Please use the tools provided to clean up after yourself should you choose to use it. PETS: We will allow up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. We just ask that you please pick up after them and don't allow them to chew on the furniture or go into the pool. SORRY NO CATS OR OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED. Guests will need to bring all their personal toiletries including tooth paste and tooth brushes, salt/pepper. coffee, shampoo, body wash and cooking oil.
