This wing of a Grade II listed Devon longhouse is situated on the outskirts of Woolsery in Devon and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Old Hammetts is a charming annex to the owners' Devon longhouse near the town of Bideford. It has two bedrooms; one double and a twin and a family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. There is also a kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room. To the outside is a lawned garden with patio furniture and 2.5 acres of surrounding land. There is off-road parking for 2 cars. Old Hammetts is the perfect holiday cottage in a rural location.

The village of Woolsery is situated in the heart of North Devon, offering a local shop. Just five miles away lies the village of Clovelly, renowned for its flower-strewn cottages and 14th Century harbour. Much of the seashore from Bideford to Bude is part of the National Trust’s Heritage Coastline and Hartland Quay is just 6 miles away. Watersports are also well catered for, with surfing lessons available at Bude, and the watersports centre at Tamar Lakes.
