The place is very nice and has a great view. The only issue was the lack of privacy due to house activity and their house guests walking on the deck in front of the room, so that it was necessary to keep the shades drawn.

Joyce’s place was amazing with very beautiful and scenic views from the room. She was a responsive, friendly, and very accommodating host. Our trip to SF was very delightful and I would recommend Joyce’s place to anyone that’s visiting.

I enjoyed my stay very much. Joyce was very friendly and communicative. The view is gorgeous. Everything was clean. Just be aware that this area is very high up and there are steep hills. You will need a car to get around. Walking to the next restaurant is quite a task. I used Uber and it worked fine.

You won't regret staying here the view at night is amazing. Joyce is very kind, FYI Joyce does piano lessons which I don’t mind I actually like hearing her play. Great restaurant near by and 5 minutes from grocery store.
