Positives: easy to get to, easy to get inside, good parking space (we have a T5 Campervan), everything you need in the room, lovely comfy bed, lovely en-suite, good amount of heaters, peaceful surroundings, even heard birds in the garden, nice clean bathrooms, everything you need for a short stay, iron, ironing board, fridge, wood and to etc. Not so positives: (rooms for improvement): decor seems rushed, paint/plaster etc not finished to a good standard, bathroom freezing cold, colder than rest of annex, towels seemed old and could do with being replaced, net curtain rod over door to garden lets a lot of light in, and I had to cover it with a towel, could do with another blind. I am a regular airbnb user and traveller so whilst this may seem harsh, I think my not so positives will genuinely assist you going forward. If all those above things are addressed then you could charge more.

This place was great for what we needed it for. Very clean and easy to access from outside. Could not fault the place. However, there was some confusion with the checkout time which was disappointing as our stay was great. In the description it says check out before 11 but Nayyar repeatedly knocked on our door and woke us up at 9:45 to ask if he could clean the place ready for the next guests. I then explained to him that it said check out time before 11 but he didn’t show any interest in this and told us to be out for 10:30. It was disappointing that we had to rush to get out as we couldn’t fault the place.
