Bring the whole family to this beautiful space with lots of room for fun. A modern and spacious home for the entire family. Whether you are traveling here for a UT Football game, or just looking for somewhere to stay while you explore the stunning city of Knoxville. We live in a wonderful neighborhood, about 20 minutes to downtown (Neyland Stadium, Old City, Market Square, and The University of TN). We are about 25 minutes from West Town Mall, and have several restaurants 5-10 min from us. 2 story Modern family home.

What a great home to celebrate my daughter's graduation from college. Spacious, quiet, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed, and more. So close to downtown Knoxville. This space is amazing for a family get together. Very responsive host - got back to us in minutes!! Thank you so much for opening your home to us!!!
This home was perfect for my family of 7. Everything was as promised and the home was beautiful. The location was perfect close enough to stores but far enough to avoid traffic and noise. The community is peaceful and scenery was nice. We would definitely recommend this home!
This house was perfect for our family and friends! It was in a very nice, quiet residential area. We came in for a football game at UTK. It was about 22 minutes from campus. We loved the enclosed deck with the pool table! Casey always was available to answer any questions I had, I and would definitely stay again!

This neighborhood is easy to get in and out of. We have a huge drive way with plenty of room to park multiple cars.
