A single-story unit that includes a private patio, in-unit laundry, dedicated parking, and two full bathrooms. The bedrooms sleep two guests, with one master en suite bathroom and a hallway bathroom. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are an open-concept plan with plenty of seating along with a dedicated workspace. The kitchen has a coffee bar and a Keurig for quick convenience as well as all utensils, cooking ware, and dining ware to bring a sense of home to your vacation. The quiet, friendly community will allow a peaceful retreat from all your SoCal exploring. The unit comes with a roll-a-way bed for up to 6 guests. About the City of Long Beach: Long Beach is a historic port city and beach town. It brought many jobs to the locals through the years and was a vacation destination for those from more inland in cities like Pasadena. It's always had an eclectic energy and a love for small businesses and community engagement. With beautiful beach views and a bustling city you'll never run out of something to do while also having beautiful areas to relax like our Bluff Park or Signall Hill Park where you can see 360 degrees of SoCal - from Catalina Island to DTLA! Our unit is a 5 min drive to great areas like Retro Row and 2nd Street which are the most popular areas to eat and shop local. Essential shops are located at the nearest major cross street where you can find groceries and travel essentials. Larger retail shopping is about 5miles north of our unit. There are coffee shops all over and awesome restaurants we would be happy to recommend! It is a 5 min drive to the major freeways that will take you north to DTLA or south to Anaheim and Huntington. We hope you find this to be a great place to relax and enjoy all that SoCal has to offer. As advertised. Very aesthetic and clean. Host was amazingly quick with responding! The area where the airbnb is located was not what we expected. The complex elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2016, and the carpeted walkway floors outside of the airbnb smelled. This is totally outside of the host’s control, but we just want others to be aware of the surroundings. A couple of residents told us that there have been multiple recent break-in attempts at the complex, which again is outside of the host’s control, but it was unsettling. The electrical wires above and outside of the airbnb and complex were audibly buzzing, which was a safety concern. The downstairs neighbor seemed like they were waiting for us to get back. When we got out of our car, they approached us and asked if we were staying in the airbnb unit. They said that their master sink bathroom had black sludge as a result of the master sink drainage in our airbnb. We let the hosts know, and the guy didn’t bother us again.
Great host and great place to stay. Exactly like the pictures. It was clean. It had everything you’d need to feel at home. Bathtubs felt outdated compared to the rest of the house if that’s something you care about. Other than that I’d return.

Angela was a great host. Communicated well throughout the entire process. The location was very quiet and we felt at home instantly. There was plenty of dishes and silverware for my family of 5 to enjoy meals. The only thing is that there wasn’t 5 towels, only 4, so we had to purchase a few towels to accommodate the family. The sliding glass door to the patio was hard to open and hard to close and a wood board by the entry bathroom isn’t properly secured. Other than those few things, the stay was very nice.
Angela was responsive and the unit was conveniently located in Long Beach with cute cafes nearby

We have one dedicated parking spot in our secured garage and street parking as needed. All major freeways are easily accessible. Uber and Lyft are commonly used and easy to request from the complex as well as the city bike rental program.
