Good little airbnb. The parking spot is quite steep and has a fairly large lip between the spot and the road. But I think as long as you have a 4x4 vehicle with a decent amount of ground clearance you should be fine. Everything was clean and in order. The only shower is outside, which was rough for bugs and privacy since there are other airbnbs next door and construction workers. AC worked well. Nice and close to a store (less than 1-2 min drive) and pretty close to a nice beach as well. No problems, would recommend :)

This airbnb was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. We loved seeing the monkeys in the trees and the lizards running around. Paquera doesn’t have as many close by restaurant or coffee options as we would have hoped - there is a beautiful hotel with a restaurant, but the beachfront restaurant was closed. The beach was a 5 min drive and was quiet and peaceful. Locals are friendly and kind. Unsure if we would choose to travel to Paquera again but if we did we wouldn’t hesitate about staying at this place for a night.

Mélanie est flexible et le logement est vraiment très propre et super confortable ! La plage n’est pas loin (2 minutes en voiture) et est vraiment paisible !

Melanie’s place was a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo at a reasonable rate. She was very responsive and easy to work with. Casa Del Sol #1 was clean, bed was comfortable and the decor was so cute. In walking distance to Playa Organos which is a beautiful beach. I would definitely love to return at a future date.

We got in late at night/early morning and it was very difficult to find the cabin. We finally did and it was dark and hard to get things inside but this is primarily an issue of timing. The cabin was as described and the beach and nearby area is phenomenal. It’s beautiful and there were never more than 15 people at the beach when we were there. It was a great location.
