We enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean; most linens appeared to be new. The kitchen appliances were new and worked well. We found a coffee maker and toaster tucked away in a far closet. The location was convenient for our needs. It would be a great place to hang out in the summer if visiting the Peninsula and if couples or children want to sequester themselves in their own bedrooms with flat screen TVs. However, if 8 people want to gather together for a meal, two people need to stand. There is seating for just 6 people in both the dining area (with high chairs) and the kitchen (with low benches). Lighting in most rooms is harsh and unpleasant for conversation or reading. Just 2 of the 4 bedrooms had beside tables with bright bedside lamps. Doors of 2 of the 4 bedrooms were difficult or impossible to close. There were lots of towels stored in a linen closet; however, there were no facial tissues, or paper towels and barely enough toilet paper.

The house is clean and everything worked as advertised. Ceiling fan in south east bedroom has seen better days and the house only has one bathroom. Otherwise it was fine.

Great location, Nicely updated larger home. Beds are super comfy!! Had some issues with the heat but was quickly resolved. Thank you for great stay!!

This is a relatively new AirBnb, and as such there are a few minor things that could be improved but overall the place was comfortable, spacious and clean. It could use a few more items - some more coffee mugs, maybe some stemware for wine, and kitchen towels for drying counter and dishes would be great additions. One bedroom has no side table or nightstand yet. The beds were clean but not the most comfortable. The blankets were soft and cozy. The couch was very comfortable and the appliances are new. The shower head and water pressure were also very good. The neighbor was super nice, and we enjoyed his dog Cooper. The home retains some of its original charm with woodwork and glass doorknobs and the grounds have potential to be beautiful. The property is peaceful and quiet in a residential neighborhood. I do recommend this place, we enjoyed our stay and would book again.
