It’s service apartment rather than a villa. It’s cosy, small but comfortable for a group of 3-4. The location is really convenient because it’s an easy 10-15 mins to Vagator and Morjim beaches. At night, party places like Purple Martini and Hammerzz are also close by, within 10-12 mins. However, the apartment needs to be cleaned better and needs fresh linen for the bed. The bathrooms didn’t provide any toiletries and sometimes the pool just outside can be very noisy with big groups. I would recommend this for small groups that are looking for a reasonable and affordable accommodation at an easy and convenient location. The caretaker Indra is responsive on texts and helpful when available.

Nice peaceful location, amenities in the house were good, however biggest drawback is when there is electricity cut only fans and few lights work. No induction, no fridge no TV, we couldn't even make hot water in the kettle. Owners please make a note & give solution to this. Also very it was very disappointing that even after sending pictures of torn stained cushion covers there were not changed. No extra toilet roll was kept anywhere in the apartment we had to call for it. Apartment is kept in good condition no major complaints.

Despite a minor hiccup with the luggage drop-off process, our stay was absolutely delightful. The host was accommodating and made every effort to resolve the issue swiftly. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and conveniently located. We appreciated the thoughtful touches and local recommendations provided by the host. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Goa
