Centrally located with a short, 10-minute drive to Sylva, and many day trip locations.

This house was very clean and Joanne was very responsive with our communications! Felt like home and very comfortable.
This place was absolutely perfect. The house is clutter free and beautifully decorated. I love how the bedrooms both have doors that go out to the porch. The hot tub was relaxing and the sound of the river outside was serene. The house also has everything that you could ever need.
Fantastic house in a fantastic location. We love Sylva, and this was the perfect house for our quick weekend trip.
Great secluded place to relax and close enough if you want to go out to eat or into town. Will go again. Couldn't have been more perfect for our relaxing, quiet get away.
Incredibly cozy, easy drive to WCU and Sylva, grocery store (Ingles) about 10 mins away. The beds are very comfortable and everything seems new. Appreciate the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
