Our beautifully decorated, fully furnished, unique and luxurious home on 3.75 acres is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay on our property with small horse barn and fence. A perfect get-away for your next vacation, family gathering, work trip, staycation, Corporate or special event! With plenty of space to make your stay relaxing and memorable for any size family & for those traveling with horses! **Professional Interior Pictures and Video Coming Soon!** Built in 2003, our home has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished to maximize functionality and create comfortable, living spaces within this large yet cozy 3,600 SF home. From custom lighting & fixtures to the finer details furnishings and decor, smart automation and many unique finishing touches, our home represents our high standards for hosting our guests. As you enter our home, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen, equipped and organized to serve all your cooking and baking needs; and perfect for home cooked meals. The adjacent multi-purpose room (laundry, pantry, mudroom) also offers additional food & storage space as well as two (2) washer and dryer(s) for your laundering needs. We are primarily set-up to host short-term reservations in our home via this platform of 30 days or less, and may consider longer term bookings on a case-by-case basis. MAIN LEVEL: The eat-in kitchen seats 6-7 at the kitchen table with a bar table and stools to accommodate 3 more guests. There is additional seating at the kitchen island and the dining room comfortably seats an additional six (6) to eight (8) guests to enjoy those home cooked meals or even play a game of ping-pong, cards or classic board games for everyone’s enjoyment. The living room features a 75" Roku TV and offers with a couch and love seat with a double sided fireplace to the adjacent Game Room. The Game Room features a couch, two (2) pouf ottoman/chairs and two reclining chairs that can be oriented both for conversation, games and for viewing the 65” Roku TV mounted in the corner of the room, with the other side of the room set-up with wall mounted arcade games, dart board, foosball table and access to several board games and puzzles. Leaving plenty of space to both cozy up for a night in watching movies or spread out and enjoy the space for games all while enjoying your time together with accompanying family/ guests in our home. The office offers plenty of space for remote work and is equipped with a large desk, printer and wireless keyboard for guests needing the space to work remotely. The office also offers a comfy recliner and pub table with chairs for comfortably interacting with other guests or performing office work and remote video calls. The 2nd level of our home features the master bedroom and four (4) additional bedrooms each with its own sleeping layout and three (3) second floor baths to share. BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The master bedroom sleeps four (4) to six (6) guests boasting a King sized bed, an oversized twin (aka small full) futon, two (2) single roll-away beds (stored in the closet) and a dedicated work space with a desk and monitor to plug into, walk-in closet, 55" Roku TV and ensuite bath with a jetted tub and double vanity. Down the hall you will find the following bedrooms and sleeping arrangements (right to left): Bedroom #1 (Front) - Full sized bed, sleeps two (2) - for a total of two (2) guests in this room, dedicated workspace and 43" Roku TV Bedroom #2 (Rear) - Full sized bed, sleeps two (2) plus one super sturdy twin-sized bunk bed, sleeps two (2) - for a total of four (4) guests in this room with a large closet and a 55" Roku TV Bedroom #3 (Front) - Full sized bed, sleeps two (2) with a twin sized trundle beneath the bed, sleeps one (1) - for a total of three (3) guests in this room with a large closet and a 43" Roku TV Bedroom #4 (Rear) - Two (2) super sturdy twin-sized bunk beds, sleeps four (4) - for a total of four (4) guests in this room with a large closet and a 55" Roku TV Each room is ready to comfortably accommodate guests of all ages. Your reservation includes up to 10 guests at the booked nightly rate with the option to book additional guests to accommodate multi-family reservations (up to 16 guests). We can accommodate additional guests/beds beyond 16 guests as well, just let us know what you need. Should additional guest accommodations be needed, additional guest and cleaning fees must be requested, confirmed and paid via the AirBNB platform and be received prior to guest check-in. BASEMENT ACCESS (ADD-ON): For guests with larger groups or needing additional space, the basement offers an additional living space complete with its own kitchenette, open living room space, 2nd master bedroom and 2nd master bath with large walk-in closet. This space may be added to an existing reservation and shall not be shared with any other guests or bookings outside of your own. The basement offers sleeping accommodations for a maximum of five (5) additional guests which includes; one King-sized bed (2), one full sized bed (2) and one twin sized bed (1). There is an additional small bedroom and pantry closet which are locked, used for storage and off-limits to our guests. Adding basement access to your booking, extends the maximum allowable guest count in our home and must be paid for via the AirBNB platform and be received prior to guest check-in. Additional fees apply and are provided upon confirmed booking when basement access is requested via messaging. *NOTE: All fees including guest fees and additional cleaning fees must be paid prior to receiving basement door access code. Please be transparent regarding guest count as it is strictly monitored and guest count violations will result in cancellation without refund. OUTDOOR SPACE: Our property has plenty of outdoor space for relaxing in the sun with a book and escaping to the outdoors. Enjoy the light breeze on our front porch, a nice barbecue on the rear deck or gather around the gas fire pit in the evening. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway PET ACCOMMODATIONS & FEE: We allow up to two (2) house-trained pets for a Pet Fee of $75 per reservation (or per 7 day reservation period). All visiting pets must be registered to your booking. HORSE/LIVESTOCK ACCOMMODATIONS & FEE: For guests traveling with horses, please notify us in advance of your reservation in order to extend the booking to your equine babies. Give your horses/livestock a break to roam the the front fenced field. A field board rate of $150 per stay for up to four (4) horses and/or livestock includes the use of the shed row barn in "as is" condition which offers two (2) stalls, a small tack room, electric and running water. Guests are responsible for turn-in/turn-out, feeding, watering and ensuring the safety of their equine babies during their stay. Guests are required to clean out the little shed row barn at the conclusion of their pet friendly stay. A wheel barrow, rake, feed and water buckets and a hose are included in the field board fee. However, feed and hay are not included in the field board fee. All visiting horses/livestock must be registered to your booking.
