Very cool place to spend time for me it was a great atmosphere where i could sleep shower was amazing kitchen was clean loved the rooms
It was really neat to stay in this historic house, and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. The muffins and drinks were a welcomed treat. We stayed here for the Elkins Ramps & Rails festival and had a great time. If you’re a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you — it’s on a busy road, but I brought a noise machine, so that was a big help. Also keep in mind if you are more than one family that there’s one full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.
We enjoyed our time in the area and the house was really neat. Small details made the stay great. Host had left some really amazing muffins made with locally sourced ingredients as a welcome gift and some locally produced bourbon to try.
Our party very much enjoyed our stay at this property. In fact it exceeded our expectations.! Angela was a very communicative and responsive host. Check in was super easy. This property allows you to enjoy modern amenities and yet still be able to appreciate the history of the home. There were small touches we noticed upon arrival that told us Angela truly had taken care to make sure we would enjoy our stay and have all we needed. We would highly recommend staying at this property if you visit the area. Thank you Angela!!!
