Note: The swimming pool at this property does not have a child-proof barrier around it and therefore can be very dangerous to toddlers, small children, or anyone who can't swim. It is very important that you communicate this to everyone in your group, and that all adults take on the responsibility of being vigilant and protecting those most vulnerable. Please also inform the children of the dangers of drowning and to keep away from the pool when no adults are present. NOTE -Violations of these rules may result in fines, additional charges, and/or being asked to vacate the home at any time without refund. You are assuming full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illness or death caused by the swimming pool, that may occur to you or anyone in your group during your stay. * You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the safety of yourself and everyone in your group, you are assuming full responsibility for any accidents, injuries illness, or death that may occur to you or anyone in your group during your stay and while on the property, including but not limited to any harm caused by any of the animals on the property, to you or anyone in your party. * The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal belongings. * In the event the property experiences a failure of a system, including but not limited to TV, Internet/WiFi, HVAC (heat/AC), water, sewer, septic, electrical, propane, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, ventilating, or other structural systems, furnishings or amenities, owners will make every reasonable effort to promptly repair or replace the failed system or equipment.
