This was a great base to stay in the Peak District, though only for one night this time. The house was clean, warm, private and comfortable. There was parking outside and Wi-Fi , kitchen well equipped. Thank you

Wow, what a hidden gem! We wanted a place to stay between two places we wanted to visit and this was ideal! The house was easy to find, spotless, and really cosy and homely! The view of the meadow was so beautiful. The house was really clean and well cared for. Lucy responded instantly to any questions we had and really helpful! We would definitely stay here again
The house was perfect for our needs, family of four. Nice quiet spot in corner of brand new estate, house is brand new so all mod cons and in pristine condition!

Ideally situated on the edge of the Peak District. It is next door to Alfreton Golf Club and across the road from Alfreton Park. (Matlock is only 8 miles away, Chatsworth House is 13 miles , East Midlands Airport is 19 miles. )
