At the first location the host Pedro was not there. We dropped our luggage there went to the airport to exchange cars. Once returned we noticed that the house was very dirty. Toilets not working. 9 huge dogs pooping in the courtyard…We contacted Pedro who by the way does not speak English; he was communicating with a woman who let us in. We filed a complaint with AIrBnB; we could not stay there. Through the same woman, Pedro offered us another location in M’accusa. Once at the village, the house was nowhere to be found; the whole village looked for the address but in vain. I sent numerous communications to the host…nothing. By 1030pm we went to the hotel. The next morning using the coordinates we found the house at a different address..No way to get in. I called AirBnB who an hour later informed me that the host had declined our request. AirBnB issued a refund. Pedro was so unkind and not forthcoming and dishonest..he shouldn’t even be a host.
