Great location, super close to Maho beach and a strip with restaurants, a casino and more. You can literally watch planes land from the back of the complex. Had a little trouble finding the which building was which but Nadia answered as soon as I called. Great for solo travelers or a couple. All amenities worked great and would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Nadia was very responsive as I was getting to the property because I had some issues with my GPS and she was able to get me where I needed to be. She walked me through the process to get into the building. She was very helpful and responsive to any questions that I had during my stay. The check in and checkout process is very simple too. The location is great and very safe and quiet. If you rent a car, the free parking is a plus! You are walking distance from several restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Also, walking distance to Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach. It's in a great location right next to the airport and not far from Simpson Bay. There is a taxi stand down the street from the property. I felt very comfortable there as a solo traveler. Sint Maarten is great!

Good, affordable small studio for a single person or couple. Close 12 min walk to Mullet Bay beach. 2min walk to Platinum Room. 5 min walk to The Casino Royale and all things Maho oriented. The Emerald has a nice pool and a good gym.

I had a great stay, the apartment looks just like the pictures. It was a very short walk to the strip of bars and restaurants that Maho is known for. Despite the noise that comes from Maho being so close the apartment complex was very peaceful and had well maintained grounds with easy parking. The next time I’m on the island I hope to stay here again.
