Duncan's team was quick to respond and quite helpful when I locked myself out of the place at 9pm. Anna Maria Island is a fantastic place to be although being on a main road made for a lot of noise and difficulty backing out of the driveway onto the busy road. Duncan's rentals also seem to be a bit stingy given how much you're paying. EG- we were given two rolls of TP and 1 of papertowels (and terrible quality for both). Same with soap & shampoo. We quickly ran out of everything and had to buy more supplies at the grocery store.

It seems the place has recently been remodeled. It was small but a great place. A pool would be a great addition to the unit! Duncan was very responsive and easy to work with. We will rent through them again!

This is a duplex that was recently remodeled. The remodeling was well done and this place had everything that you could need. It’s on the main road and walkable to downtown - ton of restaurants and shopping. The beach is also walkable and beautiful. The sunsets are outstanding.
