Quiet and comfortable 2 bdr, 1ba house located in the heart of Richmond, right off Exit 90, minutes from EKU, downtown, locally owned eateries, coffee shops, and a brewery. This is the ideal home for weekend getaways, business trips, alumni weekends, or anything in-between, to serve as your home-base while soaking in all Richmond has to offer! We do not offer onsite laundry! No cleaning fee No pets or smoking of any kind! We offer two bedrooms. The master has a memory foam, queen bed, and two closets. There is a large dresser as well and a Roku TV. The second room is equipped with two memory foam twin beds and a dresser. This room also has a Roku TV. Each room has a lamp with USB charging ports. In the kitchen, we offer a dining table, plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery. We offer access to the dishwasher, stove, Keurig, and refrigerator. There are dishwasher pods available, as well as dish soap at the sink. There are cooking utensils, pots, pans, and basic spices. Help yourself to the Kcups provided. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo. There is a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser in the shower, which is filled with Suave Almond and Shea Butter shampoo and conditioner, and Equate Original body wash. There is also a hair dryer available, and extra toilet paper. The living room has a sofa and a chair. It also has a Roku TV. The Roku Remote will work with the TV. In the living room nook there is the Nest control for the HVAC, a coat rack, and a shelf by the HVAC, with basic cleaning supplies, towels and washcloths, and paper towels. There are also Glade Plug-Ins, if you would like to use them in our home. The scent in them currently is, “Snow Much Fun”. The fireplace is decoration only, we do not have gas, so the fireplace does not work. Good To Know: No on-site laundry is available. The basement, upstairs loft, and two spare closets are inaccessible.
