This fantastic 2 bedroom apartment is located less than a minute walk to Eastern Kentucky University. This completely renovated apartment puts you within walking distance to campus as well as downtown. Granite countertop kitchen, complimentary coffee and snacks, and beautifully tiled bathroom. The bedrooms are located upstairs. We look forward to hosting you soon. Given that it is located downtown we provide noise machines and complementary earplugs for any street noise.

The Nelson House is a great place to stay, in a perfect and safe location adjacent to downtown Richmond and EKU. Close to parks, the YMCA, coffee shops, etc. The interior of the property is lovely, and it's very clean and organized. The host communication was timely and clear. The house is a duplex, and it was very quiet even with people next door. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Richmond!
Great place to stay near EKU’s campus and downtown. Beds are the perfect size and they had everything you could’ve wanted in the home. One of my favorite stays!

Downtown location close to Apollo Pizza and within walking distance of Eastern Kentucky University Roy Kidd Stadium and Alumni Coliseum and the Richmond Downtown business district. Given that it is located downtown we provide noise machines and complementary earplugs for any street noise.
I would suggest walking but you have a designated spot up front located at 292 s 2nd St Richmond KY.
