Juan and Juliana were excellent hosts they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, they are truly “Super Hosts”. They were able to accommodate all our needs during our stay in their beautiful home, it looks just like the pictures. They were very communicative and the instructions for the access to the house and the rules were very easy to follow. House is absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. the location is very convenient, quiet and safe. We felt pretty safe and secure throughout our stay. We loved the large fenced-in back yard too, perfect for morning coffee. having the access to the the Interstate within minutes and excellent restaurants all around. Host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Also, we loved the sand volleyball courts we had access to in a nearby park. I will not hesitate to stay there again. This hidden Gem surpassed our expectations!!

No complaints at all. Easy to find location and peaceful. Was perfect for us to stay a week. Super nice host. Very nice home.

We couldn’t ask for a better host! Juan ultimately accelerated the experience with his level of detail, communication, and accommodations that helped make Tampa feel like home for three months. I would stay at any property he and Juliana own. The place was beautiful, clean, and an excellent option for our two dogs. It also looks exactly like the pictures—truly a lovely home. The neighborhood is upcoming, but it’s pretty safe, too. Don't pass on this property because you won't get baited and switched.
