Indulge with a stay of no cooking or cleaning (this self-contained guest suite has no kitchen) then sleep peacefully in this unique and quiet location. A self contained front door leads to an entrance with ample room for shoes & coats. A carpeted stairway takes you up to the Guest Suite. Bedroom includes King-size bed, comfy chair, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, full length mirror, clothes hanging rail and hairdryer. A spacious walk in shower and heated towel rail feature in the modern ensuite bathroom. Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided for our guests.

Lovely clean room, had everything you need. Easy access and Emily messaged with clear details before hand. We had a walk to a nearby pub 'The New Inn' and had some food and drinks. There is a lovely riverside walk on the doorstep. Thank you for pleasant stay x
Emily's place is very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We only stayed one night, but would like to come back and enjoy the beautiful area.

The place is beautiful and clean, with all the essentials we needed. Emily was so helpful with advice and offering to make a restaurant reservation for us. The grounds are lovely and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable, we had a lovely rest. We even had a continental breakfast provided which was a lovely touch. We really hope to return again soon. There is ample parking at the property and walking distance from Penistone. The train station is 0.3 miles away with fantastic links to Barnsley, Sheffield & Leeds. A rural setting that is just 10 minutes drive from the M1 Motorway.
